This EXHIBITION features information about the current Heritage Council’s Community Heritage Grant Scheme funded project THE BRIAN FRIEL DIGITAL HERITAGE TRAIL. There are plenty of exhibition boards featuring copies of the playwright’s personal letters, photographs, manuscripts, and more. Enjoy this opportunity to take a unique visual journey through Brian Friel’s life and work. The Brian Friel Trust is currently developing the BRIAN FRIEL DIGITAL HERITAGE TRAIL with funding from the Heritage Council’s Community Heritage Grant Scheme. Visitors to Glenties in Co. Donegal, will have an opportunity to walk the Brian Friel Town Trail from the Courthouse to The Laurels. It will be available online via a digital app and feature a number of points in the Main Street in Glenties. The commissoned company is IMVIZAR.
